1. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or official holidays will be handled on the next working day.


2. Shipping Coverage & Carriers
We deliver goods to the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and other European Union countries.
US domestic shipment: USPS, UPS, FedEx
European shipment: DHL Express, DHL eCommerce and local delivery carriers


3. Delivery Time
United States: 3-7 business days
UK and European Union: 5-12 business days. Delivery delays may occur due to customs clearance inspection.


4. Shipping Fee & Free Shipping Rule
Orders under $50: Flat shipping fee $4.99
Orders $50 and above: Free shipping


5. Customs, Duties and Taxes
Orders valued below $800 are exempt from US customs duty. Corresponding state sales tax may be charged.All shipments to UK and EU adopt DDP delivery mode. VAT and tariff are collected during checkout, no extra charges will be required upon receipt.


6. Shipment Tracking
Tracking number will be sent to your registered email after goods dispatch. You can check delivery progress online anytime.Signature confirmation may be required for high-value parcels. We take no liability for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by logistics providers.


7. Oversized & Heavy Auto Parts
Large and heavy automotive accessories will incur extra handling fees. PO box and military addresses are not acceptable for oversized items.


8. Shipping Exclusion
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Norway and other excluded regions. Hazardous substances are not supported for cross-border delivery.


9. Return Shipping Regulation
Buyers bear return shipping cost for non-defective returns. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

SHIPPING DELAYS :

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.


ITEM NOT RECEIVED :

If you have successfully placed an order and have not received it yet while the tracking status shows it's delivered.
